What is included with an in-person ticket?
Full-day access to all 8 speaker sessions, breakfast and lunch
provided by Chili's Restaurant, and live networking with RONA
professionals. Doors open at 8:30 AM. Please bring valid photo ID.
How does the installment plan work?
Your first payment is charged today and your seat is reserved.
The remaining 3 payments are auto-charged every 2 weeks via Stripe.
You receive a reminder email 3 days before each charge — no manual
action needed.
When will I receive my ticket or Zoom link on the installment plan?
Your in-person ticket or virtual Zoom access link is sent automatically
after your 4th and final payment — approximately one week before
August 21, 2026.
Is there a deadline to sign up for the installment plan?
Yes — the installment plan is available as long as all 4 bi-weekly
payments can complete before August 14, 2026. The deadline is
calculated automatically and shown on this page. After that date,
full-pay tickets only.
Can I cancel or pause my installment plan?
No — once enrolled, the installment plan cannot be cancelled or
paused. Please contact Info@RONAssociation.org if you have a
specific situation to discuss.
What if a payment fails?
Stripe will automatically retry the failed payment and notify you
by email. Please keep your payment method up to date in My Account
to avoid losing your reserved seat.
What is the difference between virtual full pay and virtual installment?
With virtual full pay, your Zoom link is delivered immediately to
your email on purchase. With virtual installment, your Zoom link
is delivered after your 4th and final payment — approximately one
week before the event.
Do I need to be a RONA member to attend?
No — everyone is welcome. RONA members receive a discounted rate
applied automatically at checkout when logged in.
My member discount isn't showing. What do I do?
Make sure you are logged in to your RONA member account before
adding a ticket to your cart. The discount applies automatically
in the cart once logged in.
