Member Discount Language
Membership discounts apply only to eligible RONA products and services. Discounts may not be combined with other promotions, special pricing, payment plans, coupon codes, or additional membership discounts. Certain products, programs, events, and services may be excluded.
RONA Notary Directory Disclaimer
Directory profiles are available only to active RONA members. Members are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current profile information. RONA reserves the right to review, edit, approve, reject, suspend, or remove directory listings that contain inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate, or unauthorized information. Directory participation does not guarantee referrals, appointments, assignments, leads, clients, income, or business opportunities.
Membership Cancellation and Refund Policy
All membership payments are final and nonrefundable. RONA does not provide refunds, partial refunds, or prorated credits after a membership purchase or renewal has been processed. Members may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation prevents the next scheduled payment but does not immediately terminate access during an already-paid membership period.
Monthly Memberships
Monthly membership access will continue through the end of the current paid billing period after cancellation.
Annual Memberships
Annual membership access will continue through the end of the current paid membership period after cancellation.
Directory Deactivation Terms
A member’s RONA Notary Directory profile may be deactivated when the associated membership expires, is canceled, becomes delinquent, or is otherwise no longer active. Reinstatement of the directory profile may require the member to renew or reactivate an eligible RONA membership.
Current Monthly Members
Please do not automatically move current $29 monthly members to the new $39 monthly rate without separate authorization.
Existing monthly members should remain at their current $29 grandfathered rate while their memberships remain continuously active and in good
standing.
The new $39 monthly rate will apply to:
- New monthly members
- Former members who rejoin
- Members whose subscriptions expire or lapse
- Members who cancel and later reactivate
- Members who voluntarily move into the new membership structure
- Once a grandfathered $29 membership is canceled, expires, or lapses, that rate will no longer be available
Website Display and Configuration Instructions
- Display RONA Connect first, RONA Monthly second, and RONA Annual third.
- Highlight RONA Annual as the Best Value.
- Clearly identify RONA Connect as a limited Coffee Chat membership.
- Clearly explain that Monthly and Annual are different membership levels, not merely different payment schedules for identical benefits.
- Use checkmarks beside included benefits on the website.
- Place excluded benefits under a separate Please Note section.
- Display pricing prominently: RONA Connect at $197 per year, RONA Monthly at $39 per month, and RONA Annual at $349 per year.
- Include a RONA Notary Directory profile under all three tiers.
- Display the Annual Member designation only on eligible Annual Member directory profiles.
- Remove the current Affiliate Membership option from the public membership page.
- Preserve the current $29 billing rate for existing grandfathered monthly members.
- Do not display the grandfathered $29 membership as an option available for new purchases.
